At Every Home for Christ, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Every Home for Christ within 30 days of invoice date. However, Every Home for Christ reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Need to return a product?

To return a product to Every Home for Christ, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at, or by telephone. NO returns of any kind will be accepted without a RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
           - Customer name
           - Invoice number
           - Nature of the problem

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

IF the product is accepted, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued 10 business days after the date of purchase.

How to return or exchange an item:
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
    Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Every Home for Christ on returned items, and Every Home for Christ will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
