Walls of Prayer

God clearly put it on the heart of Every Home for Christ to build a literal wall of prayer patterned after the “Wailing Wall” in Jerusalem. This wall features 13 prayer grottos to be utilized by individuals or small-groups. Each grotto equips intercessors by utilizing technology to provide practical directives for prayer and worship. You can schedule a grotto for consistent prayer times or feel free to just show up. The grottos are currently open Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 6 pm.

Building Walls of Prayer:
Our heart is to mobilize believers all over the globe to join in night and day prayer as “watchmen” on the wall (Isaiah 62:6). One “Wall of Prayer” consists of 168 people committed to pray for at least one designated hour during the week - the goal being that every hour of the week would be covered by intercessors postured before God in the place of prayer. Our heart is that Walls of Prayer would arise in every time zone on the earth.

We encourage you to sign up to pray on the wall! When you commit to praying on the wall, EHC will provide you with daily specific prayer needs from our missionaries all over the globe.

They evangelize right where they live. They know the culture, they know the language, they are connected in the communities, and they love the people. Connect with the Every Home for Christ workers on the field by name and pray for their ministry needs.

Pray Using the Names of God: As you spend time praying for co-laborers around the world, get creative as you call out to God by name. You don’t have to limit your cries to, “Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit”. We encourage you to be adventurous and specific! In the morning you can refer to Him as the “Bright Morning Star” (Rev. 22:16). As you worship Him, you may want to sing “My Beloved” (Matt 12:18) If you’re grieving, reach out to the “God of All Comfort” (2 Cor. 1:3). If you’re lifting a co-laborer who needs help overcoming an obstacle, call out to the “Deliverer” (Rom. 11:26). Cry out to the “Strong Tower” (Ps. 61:3) if a brother or sister needs strength that only He can give.
